KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Come up with strategies, plans and mechanics to deliver integrated creative solutions for Annual & Quarterly goals
  • Consult clients on key metrics of success and analyze the impact of creative delivery
  • Research the Brand & it’s competition to come up with powerful, unique insights
  • Lead client facing teams to provide brand solutions, ensure satisfaction and ensure that all potential business opportunities have been explored
  • Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
  • Assist with putting together timelines and budgets when required
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with internal and external teams
  • Motivate Rasta's Brand Solutions team to come up with their best work.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors/PG degree in Communication and/or Management
  • 7 years of proven success in client management in the Advertising and Branding sector
  • Strong relationship management, presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability in managing teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Campaign level for every campaign at Rasta
  • Lead pitches that Rasta participates in from an Art point of view
  • Work identity & experience design (Packaging, Retail, UI/UX) projects
  • Quality check artworks released to make sure they are on brief and on brand
  • Work on new Branding & Advertising projects to meet brand objectives
  • Make sure studio productivity high and the design team is happy
  • Inspire a team of designers working on multiple ongoing projects at once
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • > 7 years full time experience in Design role at Branding Studio or Advertising Agency
  • Graduate/PG in Graphic Design
  • Enjoy getting hands dirty to develop inspiring artworks
  • Exposure to multiple media such as Print & Digital required
  • Effectively collaborate with design & production vendors whenever required

  • Quality Media Delivery for the Creative Strategy
  • Team performance & morale managed via OKRs and Rasta principles

  • Contribution to Rasta’s growth via internal initiatives and participation in new business dialogues
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years experience in Planning/Account Management/Creative Direction at a Brand/Creative Studio/ Design House
  • Graduate/PG in Communication/Management/Business
  • Fantastic communication & presentation skills
  • Constantly learning about tools, trends, frameworks
  • Demonstrate flawless delivery on past projects
  • Enjoy getting hands dirty to get the job done
  • Exposure to multiple media formats for creative execution (Digital, Print, OOH, Partnerships etc.)
