Elevating the Gluten & Lactose-Free Revolution
PureFoods has been on a mission to bring the best gluten and lactose-free foods, drinks and supplements to the health-conscious audience. Despite having some of the best products in the market, the brand was not recognised for its quality, and visually, all its products lacked any kind of brand relevance.
We started off by doing a Brand Audit that revealed:
The website did not come across as a health-centric brand and wasn’t user-friendly for a smooth customer experience
The diverse range of product packaging needed a visual makeover in order to reflect a brand connect
In parallel to this branding exercise, we also took on a revamp of the social presence which served as the perfect platform for building a health-conscious urban community for the brand to leverage its promotion.
Once all the assets were set up, our media team developed a digital plan to take the brand and product proposition to the desired urban audience.
An always-on plus topical approach gave us 2x engagement and recruitment of a new set of a younger and more urban audience.
During Diwali, we did an influencer engagement activity with health and fitness influencers to launch their Gluten-Free Cookie range for which we also did the packaging.
We were consistently producing high-quality content by doing monthly product shoots which enhanced the brand’s social media presence as well as its identity.
With the collective effort, we were able to garner 2x engagement and 1000+ followers on social within a span of 4 months. It helped PureFoods chart out a pan-India reach to the urban audience and more importantly, deliver a message of leading a healthy lifestyle..
